Rental and Towing

RENTAL CARS

As a Claimant you'll have a rental car while your vehicle is in our shop. As an insured, if you included rental coverage on your policy(we recommend purchasing car rental to you policy, it is inexpensive and well worth the investment). Your insurance company will authorize and set up a car for you.

Please let us know if you would like us to arrange for a rental car for you when the damaged vehicle is dropped off. When the repair is finished the customer is notified and can drop off the rental when they pick up their vehicle. We suggest, for your peace of mind , that you check with insurance company or agent to decide if you're adequately covered in your rental.

If you set up your own rental, please make sure the insurance company paying for your repairs has approved the rental coverage. Give them your claim number and the date/time you will drop your vehicle at H&H Auto Body.

TOWING

AAA Auto Club Members, please call the emergency road service number at 1.800.222.4357 and ask them to deliver your car to H & H Auto Body. The tow driver will tow your car to our lot, lock it and put your key in our drop box.

24 Hour Towing Available, please call 843. 681. 4466. They will tow your vehicle to our lot, lock it, and put your key in the drop box.
